Every fitting TurboClad makes
27 fittings, grouped the way you meet them on a job. Every one is worked to the outside of the cladding. Give it the pipe bore and the lagging thickness, or the finished diameter straight in, and it comes back as a true 1:1 flat pattern with the laps, lockforms and swages already on the cut.
Lobster backs, trunnions, flat back cones, square to round transformers, tank tops, dished ends, vessel heads. Print at actual size and scribe round the sheet, or take the mark-out table and set the job out with a rule and a scriber. It all runs offline, so a plant room with no bars makes no difference. Tap a fitting to see what it asks for and what it prints.

Full size, no watermark, no account. Print one and measure the calibration bar before you cut anything. The chart gives you DN, OD and 1D to 5D radii. Pro is the other 25 fittings, saved jobs you can reprint and your company name on every template. Workshop adds DXF cut files for the CNC, nested on your sheet.
