Before you pay
The things people ask.
What if the pattern does not fit?
Offer the first template up to the metal before you cut a batch. The app says so on every sheet, and prints a 100 mm bar you can measure to prove the scale. If Pro is not right for you, email within 14 days and you get your money back. The terms say so in writing.
How does Pro get onto my phone?
A code arrives by email the moment you pay. Type it into the app once. There is no account and nothing to log into. The app checks the code on the device itself, which is why it still works with no signal.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. A Pro code unlocks the app on the devices you work from: the phone in your pocket and the machine in the office. A Workshop licence covers the workshop: up to 10 devices at once, and a device that has not opened the app for 30 days frees its place by itself.
What does the DXF actually do?
It is the pattern as a drawing your CNC software opens: every piece at full size on named layers (cut, fold, swage, holes), already nested on your sheet if you want. Your CAM software (SheetCam, ProNest, the table’s own) still sets the cut order, lead-ins and kerf and talks to the machine. What it saves you is drawing every fitting in CAD.
Is Workshop per machine?
No, per workshop. One licence covers every table in the building and up to 10 devices running the app. Several workshops under one company? That is Enterprise: one contract, priced by quote.
What happens when a subscription renews?
Nothing you have to do. Your code stays the same and its expiry moves on by itself. Codes are written to run past the end of the term, so a renewal arriving late never locks you out mid-job. Cancel any time by email.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. No clock, no account, no watermark. The mitred elbow, the reducer and the pipe chart are free forever and print exactly the same true 1:1 patterns Pro does. Prove it on your own metal before you spend a penny.
Which one should I take?
The annual, for most people: it beats the monthly after eight months and you stop thinking about it. Take the monthly for a short contract, and the lifetime if you would rather own the thing than rent it.
